Staff

The hospital is staffed by several experienced providers, plus support staff. Our providers are trained to provide complete, continuing healthcare and emergency medical services for patients of all ages.

The Nursing staff is involved in an active and ongoing program of Continuing Education to ensure that their skills stay current. All RNs are ACLS and TNCC certified. A couple of them have extensive special training in obstetrics, and neonatal and pediatric resuscitation. Our nurses are truly rural nurses, having the opportunity of delivering a baby in an emergency, caring for a neighbor in cardiac care, adjusting IV therapy for a pneumonia patient in an acute care bed, assisting one of our elderly community members who resides in our LTC unit, and stabilizing a victim of a MVA in our ER, all in the same day. What a great place to practice nursing!

Important Notes and Disclaimers (please read the below in its entirety):

  1. The information provided herein is based on facility charges billed by Ferry County Public Hospital District (FCPHD).
  2. Professional fees are generally not included.
  3. FCPHD does provide care to members of Medicare Advantage Plans, but Ferry County itself is not included in the service area for any Medicare Advantage Plan. Therefore, FCPHD is not contracted with any Medicare Advantage Plans and none are included herein.
  4. If a price is not listed, the procedure code/Diagnostic Related Group is most likely not currently being done at the hospital. It may be available in a professional clinic setting.
  5. Where applicable to the primary procedure code or Diagnostic Related Grouping, best efforts have been made to include common ancillary services and/or supplies and these generally account for a price range being listed rather than a single price.
  6. Price ranges are also listed for procedures that have a time component included in their overall charge amount. Since the time it takes to complete the procedures varies by patient case, it is necessary to report a price range herein. Please note that a future patient may be charged more or less than the price range listed here.
  7. For a few of the procedures/Diagnostic Related Groups listed, Medicare billing rules requiring additional items to be reported on the hospital bill may result in what appears to be a different price than for other payers. However, those same items are still billed to other payers on separate forms as required under their billing requirements.
  8. Rate negotiations with payers are constantly in process, which along with ongoing contract interpretation issues, may impact the published allowance.
  9. Best efforts have been used to provide the pricing information herein, but there are many factors that impact the allowances and out-of-pocket costs for which each patient is ultimately responsible. Due to the varying factors, this information is just a component of an estimate, not a guarantee. It is always best to contact your health plan directly prior to receiving services to discuss your benefits and expected costs for services/supplies.
