Klondike Hills Front Klondike Hills Assisted Living is an adult assisted living facility located in Republic, Washington. Republic is a small logging and mining community with a population of about 2,000.

Klondike Hills was constructed in 2006 as an addition to Ferry County Public Hospital, which also has a long-term care facility. Klondike Hills is on the upper floor of the structure, while Republic Medical Clinic and Physical Therapy and Rehab Clinic are downstairs. An elevator and stairs provide residents and staff easy access to the other facilities.

Klondike Hills has 16 apartments. Two apartments are larger, suitable for couples, while the other 14 units each comfortably accommodate one resident. Eight apartments face the south side of the building, with balconies that overlook the mountains. The other eight apartments face the north side, with outside doors that open out onto a small patio and provide access to the parking lot. There is ample space for residents' cars in the lot.
